• complete an enrolment or registration form;

As a Registered Training Organisation, Safety First Training is required to collect and disclose certain personal information for the purposes of administering and reporting on vocational education and training.

• NCVER and relevant VET data collection bodies;

• Commonwealth, State and Territory government departments and agencies;

• Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and other relevant regulators;

• the Unique Student Identifier (USI) Registrar;

• relevant authorities where required for training, licensing or certification purposes;

• payment service providers used to process transactions;

• our student management and training systems;

• technology, hosting, email, communications, analytics and other service providers that help us operate our business; and

• other parties where disclosure is required or authorised by law or where you have provided consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some service providers we use may store or process personal information outside Australia. These may include technology, hosting, payment, email, analytics or other service providers.

Payment card details are processed through our payment provider and are not stored by Safety First Training as full card details.

When information is no longer required and we are not legally required to retain it, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
